Joined to the Joint Venture `D-Arc, Inc.`to Archive and Create the Japanese-OTAKU contents through digital-tools

In March 2009, VOICE-BANK, Inc. (based in Hyogo, Japan, CEO: Yoshihide Kinokawa) and DYNAMIC PRODUCTION (based in Shinjuku Tokyo,Japan, CEO:Takashi Nagai) had agreed to establish the Joint Venture together with archiving Manga and other OTAKU contents.
VOICE-BANK, Inc. had planned the starting Manga delivering on iPhone in 2007 with Digital Manga Association Japan,and seeking some more partner for this project.
DYNAMIC PRODUCTION is a prodcution company,some famous author(Author:Go Nagai）is belonging to.
In 2008,DYNAMIC PRODUCTION had started d-arc.jp(http://www.d-arc.jp),is the Novels and cartoon comics re-publishing through the Internet,and they had joined to this Joint Venture`s mission is to Archive and Create the Japanese-OTAKU contents through digital-tools,and to enhance and deliver the Japanese contents to all over the world.

Establishment of this new company `D-Arc, Inc.` is already registered in March 2009.
Tsuneo Ishii is the CEO of this company and managing some project.

-d-arc.jp(http://www.d-arc.jp）is the Novels and cartoon comics re-publishing on the PC.
-D-Arc App is a viewer lisenced by VOICE-BANK, Inc. for digital-manga,starting on iPhone and other mobile devices.

More big-project would be announced in autumn 2009.
